There are few names that could be almost synonymous with the word “fashion,” but Anna Dello Russo is certainly one of them. Ms. Dello Russo is currently the Fashion Director at Large at Vogue Japan, and is one of the most visionary eyes in fashion. She is known for her over the top outfits that are nothing short of something one would see on the runways during Paris Couture Week.

I was personally very excited to hear that this extraordinary woman was releasing a line of accessories in collaboration with H&M so that we lay people may experience an ounce of Ms. Dello Russo’s fabulousness. The accessory line, which ranges from embellished sunglasses to small suitcases, embodies the gilded Rococo spirit of a bygone era — most of the pieces are heavily jeweled animal motifs accented with arabesques. My personal favorite is a beautifully bejeweled crocodile necklace.
